      The Customer Services Specialist I will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries, issues and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Services and the internal mdxhealth departments.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to requesting and tracking specimen procurement requests and specimens.   * The shift is Monday thru Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm (Pacific Time) * Minimum of two years’ previous customer service experience.
