<div><p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">The IT Product Owner for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will serve as the primary architect of the product vision for a $100M+ high-throughput laboratory facility. The Product Owner – LIMS will bridge between complex scientific operations and technical execution. The mission is to ensure that our LIMS not only supports daily diagnostics but also scales to meet the demands of a premier, large-scale laboratory environment. The Product Owner-LIMS will own the User Acceptance Testing process, identifying appropriate test cases, managing the testing planning and execution phases, and assisting other laboratory departments in understanding the testing process.</p><p><br></p><ul type="disc"><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">3+ years laboratory workflow and User Acceptance Testing experience</li><li>Strong background in healthcare IT, data platforms, and data structures.</li><li>Hands‑on experience working with complex datasets and multiple enterprise data sources (e.g., LIMS, CRM, clinical systems).</li><li>Proven ability to translate business and analytical needs into clear product requirements.</li><li>Strong understanding of agile product delivery and backlog management.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Hiring salary range: $130,000 - $160,000.
