direction while also managing the backlog, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead discovery to identify user problems and opportunities using data and research.</li> <li>Translate insights into clear product opportunities and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Manage and maintain backlog and roadmap using structured prioritization frameworks.</li> <li>Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities for product improvements.</li> <li>Own medium-to-large product areas and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Lead customer and stakeholder conversations to validate assumptions and solutions.</li> <li>Ensure product quality and readiness through collaboration in testing, launch planning, documentation, and release validation.</li> <li>Track and measure outcomes post-release to validate impact and identify next steps.</li> <li>Develop deep expertise in healthcare credentialing, compliance, and provider lifecycle management.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with distributed engineering, design, and business teams.</li> <li>Independently drive product initiatives with limited supervision.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly autonomous environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of SaaS products from discovery through delivery.</li> <li>Proven track record of leading initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch and adoption.</li> <li>Strong experience working with software engineers, product designers, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li> <li>Skilled at balancing competing priorities and short- vs. long-term goals.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex business domains and translate them into scalable product solutions.</li> <li>Experience in analyzing operational workflows and converting business needs into software requirements.</li> <li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, with advanced English.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Nice to have:</strong> Familiarity with discovery frameworks (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done, Continuous Discovery), proficiency with collaboration/design
