0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients presenting in the Emergency Department (ED), perform psychiatric admission evaluations, and diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders in an acute care hospital setting.</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications ensuring that treatment plans are effective and adjusted as needed</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The psychiatrist will create individualized treatment plans that include medication management, psychotherapy, and other interventions. </span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Chart audits, peer review, meetings, provider management, etc.</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The psychiatrist will maintain up to date medical records, ensuring compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and standards of care.</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Maintain and monitor confidentiality of patients and their files; audit files to determine that all services provided are documented; review status of patients to verify that all treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The psychiatrist will work closely with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and staff to provide integrated and coordinated care.</span></li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Provide immediate psychiatric care in crisis situations, such as suicide attempts or acute psychiatric episodes, and work to prevent incidents through proactive mental
