They work with moderate oversight, consistently deliver quality work, and are beginning to contribute meaningfully to design discussions and peer development. Engineer IIs are expected to take ownership, communicate proactively, and demonstrate growing technical judgment. or equivalent practical experience</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Minimum of two (2) years of professional engineering experience</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Proficiency in at least one modern programming language or platform relevant to assigned domain</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to quality</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Experience with or willingness to adopt AI-assisted development tools and workflows</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Experience working within agile delivery teams</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Proficiency with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services (VMs, VNets, App Services, AKS, Storage, Key Vault)</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Azure Bicep)</span></li> <li><span style="color: #003220;">Strong knowledge of Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and identity &amp;
