<p>NeoWork is an AI first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. We build embedded teams for fast growing companies in tech, healthcare, gaming, and ecommerce.</p><p>We are hiring a Webflow Developer to own our web presence and support client facing marketing sites. You will build, maintain, and optimize Webflow projects end to end, from design handoff to launch.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design files</li><li>Own site architecture, CMS structure, and content modeling in Webflow</li><li>Optimize for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals</li><li>Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow native tools and custom code</li><li>Integrate third party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, chat widgets)</li><li>Collaborate with design and marketing on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO pages</li><li>Troubleshoot bugs and cross browser issues</li><li>Set up and manage staging environments and publishing workflows</li><li>Document site structure and maintain a component library for reuse</li></ul><p></p> <ul><li>4+ years of experience building production sites in Webflow</li><li>Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond the Webflow visual editor</li><li>Experience with custom code embeds, API integrations, and Webflow CMS at scale</li><li>A portfolio of live Webflow projects you can walk us through</li><li>Comfort working directly with marketing and leadership stakeholders</li><li>Strong English communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once</li></ul><p></p><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li>Experience with SEO best practices and technical SEO audits</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms</li><li>Basic design sensibility (typography, spacing, brand consistency)</li></ul> <ul><li>Health insurance for contractors </li><li>Holiday extra pay </li><li>Work hours generally align with standard U.S. business hours, with some flexibility depending on client needs </li><li>100% home-based position </li><li>Mental health days to support team well-being </li><li>Performance-based incentives in addition to base salary </li><li>Annual review and appraisal process </li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company </li></ul><p></p><p>Salary: Up to $3,000 USD per month depending on skills and experience.</p>
