Your Sundays will be free!</li> <li>Fully paid training program.</li> <li>Full benefits package after six months, including: comprehensive insurance (medical, dental and life); enhanced RRSP participation; preferential pricing on insurance.</li> <li>Work from the comfort of your own home, equipment provided.</li> </ul> <p><strong>In this role, you wil</strong>l:</p> <ul> <li>Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.</li> <li>Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.</li> <li>Manage complains and claims regarding service delivery professionally thanks to your empathy and commitment to others.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bilingual</strong> &ndash; you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Qu&eacute;bec and will need to answer calls in English between 10% to 15% of the time.</li> <li>Be available to work 5 days a week, anywhere from 20 to 40 hours: Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 pm, Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.</li> <li>Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space, <strong>within the province of Qu&eacute;bec</strong>.</li> <li>Aptitude and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering.</li> <li>Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent completed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Training start date:</strong> August 10th</p> <p>At <a href="https://www.nqx.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NQX</a>, empathy, authenticity, and innovation guide us every day.
