You'll build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help independent agencies succeed by delivering exceptional service, market insights, and strategic support.</div> <div> </div> <div>This is more than a sales role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our agency partners, collaborate with teams across the organization, and play an important role in expanding Olympus' presence throughout the Southwest while strengthening the partnerships that drive our success. If you enjoy building relationships, traveling throughout your territory, and making an impact, we'd love to meet you.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"><b>Grow & Strengthen Agency Partnerships</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners throughout the Southwest territory, identifying opportunities to increase new business, strengthen retention, and support agency profitability. You'll also identify and develop prospective agency partnerships to expand Olympus' presence in the region.</div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"> </div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"><b>Be the Trusted Resource</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Support agency partners with their day-to-day needs by resolving challenges, identifying regional trends, monitoring competitors, and recommending opportunities for improvement.</div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"> </div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"><b>Champion the Olympus Brand</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Educate agency partners on Olympus products and brand differentiators while representing the company at agency visits, industry events, association meetings, and company-sponsored events.</div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"> </div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"><b>Collaborate & Drive Results</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Partner with internal teams to share agency insights and sales data that support product, underwriting, marketing, and business initiatives. You'll take ownership of regional sales objectives and contribute to overall sales goals and strategic plans.</div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"> </div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;"><b>Support When It Matters Most</b></div> <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Be available to support the business outside of normal hours during catastrophic events when needed.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>What You'll Bring</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>3–5 years of insurance carrier or agency experience preferred.</li> <li>Previous sales, business development, or territory management experience.</li> <li>Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License preferred</li> <li>Strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.</li> <li>Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>A self-motivated, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.</li> </ul> <div style="margin-left:.5in;"> </div> <div><b>EEO Compliance</b></div> <div>Olympus Insurance Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
