We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Position Summary</strong></div> <div>The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and clinical oversight services within an integrated behavioral health setting. The PMHNP serves as a key member of the Behavioral Health team by delivering direct patient care, providing clinical consultation and staffing support, overseeing care management activities, completing disability-related documentation, and collaborating with primary care and behavioral health leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <div>*This position will transition to a remote work arrangement following the completion of training; however, all candidates must reside in Arizona to be considered.</div> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div> <div><strong>Direct Patient Care</strong></div> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and risk assessments.</li> <li>Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders utilizing evidence-based practices.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.</li> <li>Prescribe, adjust, and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.</li> <li>Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow-up care.</li> <li>Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and recovery goals.</li> <li>Identify patients requiring higher levels of care and facilitate referrals as appropriate.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Clinical Collaboration &amp; Oversight</strong></div> <ul> <li>Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Behavioral Health Care Managers and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.</li> <li>Participate in regular clinical staffing and case review meetings to support treatment planning and care coordination.</li> <li>Collaborate with Primary Care Providers (PCPs), therapists, care managers, and medical leadership to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.</li> <li>Assist with development and implementation of clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices.</li> <li>Support quality improvement initiatives and outcome measurement activities.</li> <li>Review complex behavioral health cases and provide recommendations regarding diagnosis, treatment, and level of care.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Documentation &amp; Administrative Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Complete and review FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), return-to-work, reasonable accommodation, and other behavioral health-related clinical documentation as appropriate.</li> <li>Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, professional standards, and accreditation requirements.</li> <li>Participate in audits, quality reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nursing program.</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.</li> <li>Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.</li> <li>Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).</li> <li>Current DEA registration and prescribing authority.</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience providing psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.</li> <li>Experience working within integrated care, outpatient behavioral health, collaborative care, or primary care settings preferred.</li> <li> <div>Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR);
