<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years in solution architecture or presales engineering, or equivalent customer-facing technical leadership experience. </li> <li>High comfort level with AI/ML concepts and tools; ability to stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Technical Depth</strong> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and architecture design, specifically with AI Coding Assistants (Cursor, Github, Windsurf, etc) </li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration patterns. </li> <li>No certifications required. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Soft Skills</strong> <ul> <li>Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (preferred). </li> <li>Strong presentation skills for client workshops and technical discussions (required). </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Other Requirements</strong> <ul> <li>Limited travel (10–20% annually) for client engagements and POCs. </li> <li>No location restrictions. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $194,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Join WWT today!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p>The Technical Solution Architect will design and validate AI-native architectures, lead technical engagements, and provide cutting-edge insights to support presales and delivery success. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic collaboration to accelerate adoption of AI-native engineering practices. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Architecture & Solution Design</strong> <ul> <li>Lead presales architecture design and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for AI-native solutions. </li> <li>Create reusable solution templates and reference architectures, including labs in WWT’s AI Proving Ground. </li> <li>Ensure successful handoff of solutions to delivery teams. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Technology Integration</strong> <ul> <li>Design AI-native engineering patterns across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). </li> <li>Guide integration of AI tools into SDLC and DevOps pipelines for clients. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Research & Competitive Intelligence</strong> <ul> <li>Conduct deep research on AI-native tools and frameworks to determine best fit for customer environments. </li> <li>Produce formal reports and actionable insights for leadership and presales teams. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Collaboration</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with AI Advisors, Business Development Managers, sales account teams, and delivery-focused solution architects on client-facing engagements. </li> <li>Participate in internal enablement and training sessions as needed. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Performance & Impact</strong> <ul> <li>Deliver POCs that influence opportunities and closed deals. </li> <li>Create technical artifacts that support enablement and presales success. </li> <li>Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices. </li> </ul> </li> </ul>
