POSITION SUMMARY

Paramount Field Services is seeking a Due Diligence Landman to join our land team on a full time, independent contractor basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough due diligence review of leasehold and mineral title, including chain of title, working interest, and net revenue interest verification.
Examine county courthouse records, both in person and online, to confirm ownership, liens, judgments, and other title matters.
Prepare detailed runsheets and due diligence reports summarizing findings for client review.
Identify and document title defects, gaps, and curative needs, and communicate findings clearly to project leads and clients.
Review division orders, leases, assignments, and other conveyance instruments for accuracy and completeness.
Verify HBP status and evaluate lease terms including primary term, royalty, and Pugh clause provisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience performing due diligence or title work as a landman.

Proficiency with title research platforms and county recording websites.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and organized due diligence reports.
