As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead sophisticated employee listening programs, manage programmes of increasing scope, and drive consistency across engagements. You’ll leverage your programme management expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality, high-impact results that help customers turn insights into action.</div><div>If you excel in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about continuous improvement, and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes, we’d love to meet you.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><strong>Programme Execution:</strong> Manage and execute increasingly complex employee listening programmes across multiple project methodologies.</li><li class=""><strong>Consultative Guidance:</strong> Gather business requirements and guide customers on Perceptyx’s best practices for optimal programme design.</li><li class=""><strong>Risk Management:</strong> Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.</li><li class=""><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Optimise internal processes, demonstrating efficiency in managing timelines, deliverables, and customer interactions.</li><li class=""><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with Customer Success and Sales to proactively identify expansion opportunities and support scope alignment.</li><li class=""><strong>Team Enablement:</strong> Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and enablement initiatives.</li><li class=""><strong>Systems Management:</strong> Maintain organized programme documentation and track timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 - 4+ years in programme or project management within SaaS, consulting, or employee experience (EX); enterprise-level customer experience is highly preferred.</li><li class=""><strong>Education:</strong> Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li class=""><strong>Project Mastery:</strong> Proven success managing multiple complex programmes concurrently with high attention to detail.</li><li class=""><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li class=""><strong>Agility:</strong> Ability to balance independence with deep collaboration in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.</li><li class=""><strong>Tech-Savviness:</strong> Comfort navigating cross-functional tools and complex platform configurations.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong>Our Interview Process & AI Transparency</strong></h3><div><strong style="color: rgb(4, 7, 37);">At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.</strong></div><ul><li class=""><strong>Note-Taking:</strong> We use <strong>Metaview.ai</strong> to record and summarize our interviews.
