<p><span>The<strong> Department Operations Analyst</strong> will be a member of a fast-moving business analytics support team – responsible for driving reporting and building data visualizations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver key, data-driven insights to business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. They should have experience using Google Analytics 4 and data visualization software to present data as approachable, effective visual stories that will be used to drive business goals.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Principal Duties & Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Create regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports</span></li> <li><span>Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends and anomalies, surface themes and analyze unstructured, qualitative data </span></li> <li><span>Conduct structured intake sessions with business owners to uncover decision needs, define key questions, and translate them into measurable metrics and simplified visuals that non-technical users can grasp</span></li> <li><span>QA and manage all deliverables provided to business leaders, designing accessible dashboards that enforce consistent standards, setting refresh schedules, and providing data dictionaries </span></li> <li><span>Identify areas of opportunity for improved process and visualization enhancements.
