Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone. </strong></p> <h4><strong>Overview of the Role: </strong></h4> <p>Precisely is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for Go-to-Market Sales roles across the United States and EMEA. This role will also support hiring initiatives across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and Corporate Operations as business needs evolve.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and has a proven track record hiring high-performing sales talent within enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, drive strategic hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.</p> <p><strong>AI-First Culture: </strong>At Precisely, we believe AI is a key driver of innovation and productivity.</p> <p>The successful candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled recruiting capabilities within Greenhouse/Talent Matching, LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms to streamline workflows, increase productivity, improve candidate engagement, and support high-quality hiring decisions. We are looking for recruiters who embrace technology, continuously seek more efficient ways of working, and can combine AI-powered insights with sound human judgment.</p> <h4><strong>What you will do:</strong> </h4> <p><strong>Full-Cycle Recruitment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance across multiple business functions.</li> <li>Lead hiring efforts for a variety of GTM roles, including: <ul> <li>Account Executives</li> <li>Sales Directors and Leaders</li> <li>Business Development Representatives</li> <li>Customer Success professionals</li> <li>Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants</li> <li>Channel and Partner Sales roles</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support recruitment across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Support, and other corporate functions as required.</li> <li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across the US and EMEA.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.</li> <li>Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.</li> <li><strong>Internship Program:</strong> Serve as the primary recruiter for summer internship hiring across the US and Canada.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify success profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and hiring best practices.</li> <li>Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and offer discussions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing; identify and execute opportunities to strengthen employer brand visibility and candidate engagement in competitive or niche markets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sourcing & Talent Mapping</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, Greenhouse ATS platform, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></h4> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries.</li> <li>Demonstrated success recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles across the US and EMEA.</li> <li>Experience supporting go-to-market teams selling into industries such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, and other enterprise markets.</li> <li>Experience sourcing and assessing passive talent in competitive talent markets.</li> <li>Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.</li> <li>Experience working with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise.</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including a workload of up to 15 requisitions with mixed seniority levels from individual contributor through Director.</li> <li>Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring managers and interviewers.</li> <li>Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including collaboration with Marketing teams to promote the employer value proposition, candidate engagement, and talent attraction strategies.</li> <li>Experience recruiting interns and managing summer internship hiring, including partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify and attract emerging talent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Skills/Knowledge: </strong>Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Greenhouse Talent Matching, LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise AI-Assisted Search and AI-Assisted Messages, and other AI tools that support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting productivity.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, or Customer Support.</li> <li>Familiarity with international recruiting practices and employment considerations across EMEA.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Important:</strong> We are <strong>not partnering with recruiting agencies</strong> for this search and will not accept agency candidate submissions.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-AG1</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>The personal data that you provide as a part of this job application will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
