Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology, software delivery, or enterprise programs, including responsibility for multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience managing action registers, backlogs, integrated schedules, or similar delivery tracking systems
Experience running release-readiness, stage-gate, or comparable decision processes with documented exit criteria
Demonstrated experience reporting program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence to senior leadership
Proficiency with SQL or strong spreadsheet and business intelligence skills sufficient to independently analyze program data
Demonstrated expertise in software delivery, program management, portfolio oversight, and driving complex initiatives from planning through release.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, including assessing risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery commitments using data-driven insights.
