<p>We are expanding our product and technology teams and are hiring several Business Analysts across multiple domains: Digital/Web, Internal Products, SME Digital Lending, BNPL, Offline Lending, and Business Services.</p><p>Our goal is to bring in professionals with international fintech or banking experience who can contribute best practices and help scale high-impact financial products. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, communicates clearly with both business and engineering teams, and is able to quickly ramp up and start delivering within 4–6 weeks.</p>Responsibilities<ul><li> Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements. </li><li> Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products, and process improvements. </li><li> Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation. </li><li> Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. </li><li> Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities. </li><li> Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. </li></ul> <ul><li> 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Operations. </li><li> Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products. </li><li> Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams. </li><li> Strong skills in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and process modeling. </li><li> Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes. </li><li> Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. </li><li> Fluent English (spoken and written). </li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li> Experience in international fintech or banking environments (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia). </li><li> Exposure to lending products, payments, BNPL, or digital financial platforms. </li><li> Familiarity with Agile product development environments.</li></ul> <ul><li>Remote work from anywhere in the world</li></ul><ul><li>Performance bonus, 25+ paid vacations and day-offs, personal development plan</li><li>Purpose: shape the future of fintech in Nigeria with products that reach millions, backed by a competitive salary</li><li>Growth: thrive in a fast paced work environment with flexibility, collaboration, and access to cutting-edge tools</li><li>Join a diverse, inclusive team where all voices are valued, and professional growth is a priority.</li></ul>
