<p>We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join several of our core engineering teams — Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. We're building a team that values clarity, good architecture, testing discipline, and a collaborative engineering culture.</p><p>Our stack includes: Java • Spring Boot • AWS (EKS) • MySQL • Kafka • Redis • Grafana • Prometheus.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate has a real production experience in Java backend development:</p><ul> <li>Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot </li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-native environments</li> <li>Have experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale</li> <li>Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability</li> <li> Fintech experience is a big plus.
