<p></p> <h2>EDI &amp; Celigo B2B Manager</h2> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Fully Remote - Philippines</p> <h2><br>About the Role</h2> <p>We are looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>EDI &amp; Celigo B2B Manager Specialist</strong>&nbsp;to manage and improve our business-critical integrations. This role will ensure accurate and reliable data flow between NetSuite, EDI trading partners, suppliers, ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, fulfillment providers, and other connected systems.</p> <p>The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on experience with&nbsp;<strong>Celigo B2B Manager</strong>&nbsp;and production-level EDI integrations.</p> <h2><br>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Celigo B2B Manager integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor EDI transactions and resolve failed or rejected documents.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain integrations connected to NetSuite and other business systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support EDI trading partner onboarding, mapping, testing, and production launches.</p> </li> <li> <p>Investigate integration errors, data issues, and mapping problems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with EDI formats and technologies such as JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, and JavaScript.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create monitoring, reconciliation, and error-prevention processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, and SOPs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, trading partners, and US-based stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><br>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>5+ years of hands-on production experience with Celigo B2B Manager (REQUIRED).</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>5+ years of hands-on production-level EDI experience (REQUIRED).</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>7+ years of overall experience in EDI, systems integration, ERP integration, or a related technical field.</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of EDI transaction sets such as 810, 850, 855, 856, 846, 940, 945, 997, and 999.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with AS2, SFTP, APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and REST/SOAP services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of JavaScript for data transformations and integration logic.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and spoken English.</p> </li> <li> <p>Willingness to work full-time US Eastern Time hours.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Important Screening Note</h2> <p><strong>Candidates with at least 5 years of hands-on production experience with both Celigo B2B Manager and EDI&nbsp;</strong>are an absolute requirement for this role.</p> <h2><br>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive salary</p> </li> <li> <p>Performance bonuses</p> </li> <li> <p>13th-month pay</p> </li> <li> <p>Paid time off</p> </li> <li> <p>HMO benefits</p> </li> <li> <p>Fully remote work</p> </li> <li> <p>Training and continuous learning opportunities</p> </li> </ul> <p></p>
