This role combines strong client leadership with internal team management, mentorship of junior staff, and advanced analytical and strategic capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Senior Client Leadership</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Serve as the senior relationship lead for assigned accounts, owning overall client satisfaction and retention</li><li>Proactively identify strategic opportunities, risks, and growth areas within client portfolios</li><li>Lead high-stakes client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews</li><li>Manage escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and solutions-oriented thinking</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategy plans, including channel mix recommendations, audience strategies, and program roadmaps</li><li>Develop and manage multi-channel budgets and revenue projections with accuracy and strategic intent</li><li>Integrate knowledge of email, CRO, digital media (paid search, paid social, programmatic), and texting into unified, goal-aligned programs</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Integration</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Pod Managers and internal RKD teams to ensure cohesive, timely delivery of integrated work</li><li>Align internal teams around client priorities and ensure clear communication of scope, timelines, and goals</li><li>Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fulfillment process</li></ul><p><strong>Team Development</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Mentor and guide Coordinators, supporting their growth and day-to-day work</li><li>Provide feedback on work quality and help elevate team capabilities across the group</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting, Analytics &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Oversee performance analysis across digital programs and translate results into client recommendations</li><li>Champion a test-and-learn culture, ensuring insights are documented and applied to future strategy</li><li>Monitor portfolio-level performance trends and alert leadership to risks or opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-channel digital programs</li><li>Strong budget management, strategic planning, and presentation skills</li><li>Experience mentoring or leading junior team members</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Location: remote.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualified candidates, please apply to this position using the link below.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>https://rkdgroup.com/about-us/careers/</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Range expected for the position: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.</strong></p><p><em>(RKD Group is seeking Specialists and Senior Specialists -&nbsp;</em><em>The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.)</em></p><p><br></p><p>RKD Group offers highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience, and a full range of benefits.</p><p>RKD Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>No sponsorships available for this position.</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
