We are seeking a sharp, delivery-focused Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our Delivery team. This hybrid role blends the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst with the organizational accountability of a Project Manager. You will own the full automation project lifecycle — from eliciting and documenting requirements to driving on-time, high-quality deployments — while acting as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery pods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management Drive end-to-end delivery of process and test automation (RPA, IDP, Process Mining, Agentic) projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and high-quality deployments. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and burn rates across one or more client engagements simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery, managing client expectations and reporting transparently on progress and ROI. Maintain accurate project data (resource allocations, timesheets, financials) in PSA tools such as Kantata. Facilitate and lead sprint ceremonies, status calls, and periodic MBR/QBR meetings with client stakeholders Business Analysis & Requirements Own requirement clarity end-to-end: elicit, document, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements to keep delivery pods supplied with code-ready work. Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), translating As-Is Blue Prism logic into optimized To-Be UiPath designs with full traceability matrices. Analyze Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and proactively identify gaps on behalf of the development team. Define information architecture to ensure all logic is traceable and testable from ideation through to UAT. Prepare and facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews, challenging the status quo and identifying process optimization opportunities. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex automation concepts into clear business language. Manage formal Change Request processes to document, approve, and communicate deviations from legacy logic or agreed scope. Build and nurture strong client relationships, evolving from a delivery partner into a trusted advisor who helps shape automation and AI strategy. Support Presales activities by contributing to scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation for automation engagements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT or automation contexts. Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism — non-negotiable for this role. Demonstrated experience delivering RPA, Intelligent Automation, or Test Automation projects end-to-end. Proven track record of managing client relationships, including expectation setting and escalation handling. Technical & Analytical Skills Solid experience with process modelling standards: UML/BPMN, PDD, SDD, TDD documentation. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) and PSA platforms (e.g., Kantata, FinancialForce). Ability to analyze complex automation logic and translate it into clear, structured requirements. Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP) is a plus. Soft Skills & Mindset Exceptional communicator — able to explain complex ideas simply, bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders. Consulting mindset: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think critically and adapt to different client cultures. Naturally proactive: you look for solutions before problems escalate and identify opportunities without being asked. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBA) or equivalent UiPath certification. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other project management certification. Exposure to AI, Generative AI, IDP, or Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis). Experience with onsite–offshore coordination models.
