That includes:</p><ul><li>Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.</li><li>Conducting regular safety and security patrols.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.</li><li>Analysing complex financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across global operations.</li><li>Preparing, reviewing, and auditing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports.</li><li>Ensuring accuracy and compliance across invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.</li><li>Supporting financial governance by identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed analysis, modelling, and reporting.</li><li>Maintaining meticulous financial records, ensuring transparency and smooth handovers across the finance programme.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Please note -</em></strong><em> The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
