This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building scalable programs, strengthening multidisciplinary teams, improving service delivery, and ensuring ancillary services support exceptional patient care.  You’ll help lead services that may include: ✨ Imaging 💊 Pharmacy 🏃 Rehabilitation 💪 Physical Therapy 🧠 Occupational Therapy 🗣️ Speech Therapy 🥗 Nutrition ➕ Other key clinical support services WHAT YOU’LL DO 🛠️ In this role, you will: ✅ Develop and execute service line goals aligned with organizational priorities ✅ Identify opportunities to expand, improve, integrate, or streamline ancillary services ✅ Oversee operational standards, workflows, policies, and performance expectations ✅ Monitor budgets, financial performance, resource utilization, vendor relationships, and contracts ✅ Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, accreditation, payer, quality, safety, and risk requirements ✅ Lead, mentor, evaluate, and develop ancillary department leaders ✅ Collaborate with clinical, compliance, quality, and administrative teams ✅ Improve access, quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and provider experience WHO YOU ARE 🌟 You’re a strategic healthcare leader who knows how to turn vision into action. You’re comfortable making high-level decisions, supporting day-to-day execution, developing leaders, and driving measurable improvements across complex operations. You bring: ✅ 5–10 years of advanced healthcare leadership experience ✅ Experience managing ancillary, clinical support, or multi-department healthcare operations ✅ Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, quality standards, and financial management ✅ Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and improve performance ✅ Budgeting, operational, project management, regulatory, and technical knowledge ✅ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience ⭐ Master’s degree preferred ⭐ Lifesaving certification such as ACLS or BLS preferred WHY JOIN US? 💙 At Singlepoint Healthcare, our values aren’t just words — they guide how we work, lead, and care.
