About SRS Acquiom

SRS Acquiom delivers the smartest way to run a deal™ through a platform and services designed to help deal parties manage complex M&A and loan agency transactions more efficiently.

Based in Denver, Colorado, with offices across the United States and in London and Amsterdam, SRS Acquiom supports transactions across North America and Europe. Our M&A services include professional shareholder representation, paying and escrow agent services, and online document solicitation and reporting. For loan and credit transactions, we provide independent Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Sub-Agent, and Successor Agent services.

Since 2007, SRS Acquiom has supported more than 11,500 transactions globally. By bringing efficiency, expertise, and purpose-built technology to complex financial transactions, we help sophisticated deal parties focus on building great businesses and maximizing value.

We’re equally committed to building careers as we are to building solutions. If you’re looking for a company with entrepreneurial energy, a proven record of growth and innovation, and a culture that supports your next career move, we’d love to talk.

A few benefits our employees enjoy

Day‑one coverage: medical, dental, and vision plans so you’re protected from the start
A 401(k) with a 4% company match to keep your future on track
Discretionary time off - take the time you need, when you need it
Employer‑paid life insurance, with the option to add extra coverage for peace of mind
Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
Discounted pet insurance (because furry family members count, too)
A fitness credit to back your health and wellness goals
Pre‑tax plans for dependent care, transportation, and flexible spending

Don't see an open role that fits your background? We'd still love to hear from you — and that's exactly what this application is for!

At SRS Acquiom, we sit at the center of the deals that reshape companies: handling the payments, escrows, and shareholder complexity that make M&A transactions actually close. It's high-stakes, detail-obsessed work, and it only works because of the people doing it.

We hire for every part of the business — full-time, part-time, contract, and internship roles, from early career through senior leadership, across our US, UK, and EU locations.

Here's what that business is made of:

The SRS Acquiom Lifecycle

Shareholder Representation — Represents selling shareholders' interests when a buyer disputes a claim against the escrow

Escrow and Payment Solutions — Sets up the escrow account and processes the payments that move at closing

Deal Operations — Keeps escrow and payment data accurate and reconciled for the life of a deal, from closing through final distribution.

Compliance — Checks every fund release against the deal's contract terms before money moves.

Loan Agency — Provides independent administrative, collateral, and agency services for loan and credit transactions

Client Services — Steps in to resolve shareholder issues and troubleshoot questions that arise during the post-closing process.

The Engine Behind Every Deal

Engineering — Builds and maintains the platforms and internal tools that run the rest of the business.

Product — Owns the roadmap and direction for SRSA's platform and tools.

IT — Keeps the internal technology, systems, and infrastructure running so the rest of the company can do its job.

Finance — Manages accounting, payroll, and business intelligence for the company.

Human Resources — Supports the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through benefits and day-to-day HR operations.

Legal and Risk — Provides legal counsel across the business and oversees the company's risk management function.

Marketing — Builds the company's brand, market presence, and demand-generation efforts.

Sales — Generates new business and builds the client relationships that grow SRSA's deal pipeline.

New roles open throughout the year, and we'd love to already have your information on file when the right one lands.

Who succeeds at SRS Acquiom?

Our five core values are the real job description. If these sound like you, we should talk.

Builders. You see opportunities others don't and get things done others can't. You're comfortable when the answer isn't in a playbook yet, and you find the way to "yes" when others won't

What you'll be part of:

Work that's genuinely consequential. Billions in transaction value move through our hands, and every team here plays a part in that
Smart, experienced, low-ego, and supportive colleagues who happily share what they know, usually before you think to ask
Real room to grow, whether that's deeper in your craft or wider across the business
A front-row seat to M&A. Wherever you sit, you'll understand how deals actually get done, and for sophisticated clients whose high expectations are exactly what make the work interesting
