Our Virtual & Home team is transforming how care is delivered, using digital innovation and home-based models to create a more connected and equitable health system.</p><p></p><p>We’re looking for a <b>Senior People Partner</b> to join our People & Culture team and work closely with leaders across our St Vincent’s Care at Home programs.
