<p>Description</p><p>The <strong>GREAT STATE TEAM</strong> is seeking <strong>Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives</strong> to join our fast-growing teams! As a <strong>Health Care Customer Service Representative</strong>, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.</p><p><br/></p><align-center><strong>**Veterans and Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply**</strong><br/></align-center><p><em><strong>Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and call pools as necessary</li><li>Responds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable manner</li><li>Acts to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client as appropriate</li><li>Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties</li><li>Investigates and responds to client enquiries as needed</li><li>Enters and monitors payment arrangements</li><li>Adhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other applicable laws</li></ul><p><em><strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:</strong></em></p><ul><li>1+ years’ experience working in Call Center of Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties</li><li>Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred</li><li>Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment</li><li>Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requires</li><li>Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment</li><li>Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls</li></ul><p><em><strong>Internet Requirements:</strong></em> <em>The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:</em></p><ul><li>Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)</li><li>Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)</li><li>Minimum Speed Results: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload</li></ul><p><em><strong>Camera Requirements:</strong></em></p><p>Cameras are required to remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods.
