You will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on teams such as Talent & Development, Global Equity Management, People Analytics, Finance & Strategy and others, to ensure our compensation offerings continue to scale effectively, supporting Stripe's growth and success.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making</li> <li>Play a critical role in our annual pay range benchmarking and review process</li> <li>Support Stripe’s relationship with third-party vendors by ensuring data sets are comprehensive and current</li> <li>Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making</li> <li>Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing periodic audits in our HRIS (Workday)</li> <li>Support the design and development of annual compensation planning programs</li> <li>Participate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs</li> <li>Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill insights and convey findings; build tools as required to improve efficiency</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience in the compensation field (either as a member of an compensation HR team or as an external compensation consultant; or as both)</li> <li>Experience developing and managing global compensation programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data</li> <li>Proven analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and truly in-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models</li> <li>Experience communicating effectively across diverse teams, including translating complex ideas and quantitative insights into digestible information for leaders and employees </li> <li>Deep commitment to excellent user experience, empathy, and discretion</li> <li>Familiarity with equity compensation programs and related compliance requirements</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of Workday and/or Tableau functionality </li> <li>Experience with Workday and the Workday Advanced Compensation module</li> <li>Experience supporting equity compensation programs at a private or publicly traded company</li> <li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java)</li> </ul> <h2> Hybrid work at Stripe </h2> <p>This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).</p> <h2> Pay and benefits </h2> <p> The annual US base salary range for this role is $109,800 - $164,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
