Position Summary: Bidwell Consulting Services (BCS), a Strongpoint partner, is seeking a Junior Compliance Administrator to join their Retirement Plan Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career retirement plan professional looking to expand their technical knowledge and grow within a collaborative, internal-facing environment. Working alongside experienced Compliance Administrators and Consultants, you will assist with annual retirement plan compliance, testing, government reporting, and plan administration activities. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to a wide variety of qualified retirement plans while providing a strong foundation for long-term career growth in retirement plan compliance. This is an internal-only role with no direct client management responsibilities and no assigned book of business. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our partners and clients, preference will be given to those in the Pacific time zone. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to learn new software and retirement plan regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with retirement plan compliance testing or annual administration.
Experience using CalcAir (Datair) or similar retirement plan administration software.
