Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of A-to-Z defined contribution retirement plan administration experience within a TPA environment.
Active ASPPA or NIPA professional designation, (QKA, QPA, CPC, APA, APR, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience leading, reviewing, and managing the work of other retirement plan administrators.
Demonstrated experience reviewing technical work and maintaining accountability for team deliverables.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor regulations governing qualified retirement plans.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and accounting aptitude.
Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
