Apply today!</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You’ll Do:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Provide personalized, dedicated support to clients, HR teams, and employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless benefits experience</p></li><li><p>Ensure we consistently deliver innovative solutions that exceed service expectations and improve access to care</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of escalated issues, including complex claims, denials, authorizations, appeals, and incentive-related questions</p></li><li><p>Educate employees on plan offerings, benefit usage optimization, and available resources</p></li><li><p>Conduct lunch-and-learn sessions, presentations, and client-aligned communications.</p></li><li><p>Assist in coordinating and support onsite client wellness initiatives</p></li><li><p>Run and Analyze claims reports to identify trends and perform root cause analysis on errors</p></li><li><p>Support new-hire onboarding, open enrollment, and health fair activities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What you’ll need to do the job:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Must have established and current experience as a Dedicated Client Service Partner, <span>required</span></p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) Experience in client-facing roles or benefits administration, <span>strongly preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), <span>required</span></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with benefits, administration platforms and CRM systems, strongly <span>preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Able to juggle multiple priorities independently, using strong problem‑solving skills and creativity to drive positive client outcomes, <span>required</span></p></li><li><p>Proven success in building strong client relationships while delivering concierge‑level customer service, <span>required</span></p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, impactful presentations and messaging, strongly <span>preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Experience supporting wellness initiatives and benefits education programs, <span>preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with benefits administration systems and virtual meeting tools such as Webex or Microsoft Teams, strongly <span>preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed (up to 30%), <span>required</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
