On-site operations support available in most loan production offices.</li><li>Loan products for every scenario: FHA/VA, Conventional, USDA, Jumbo, 203k and Renovation, Condos/Co-ops, Multi-Family, Commercial, Personal Lending and more</li><li>Strong Secondary Department with 40+ investor relationships. We are a direct seller/servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.</li><li>401k, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans available.</li><li>Extremely competitive commission and compensation plans.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a successful team that not only meets but exceeds expectations in customer service, production goals, and community reputation. </li><li>Managing the day-to-day sales organization of the team that you build. </li><li>Playing a crucial role in establishing and managing the team budget to ensure profitability, growth, and sustainability. </li><li>Working closely with corporate staff to monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of Loan Originators.</li><li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams will be a key part of your responsibilities.</li><li>Developing and maintaining lifelong relationships with consumers, business partners, and colleagues are paramount for this role. </li><li>Driving innovation in sales processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance efficiency will also be a priority.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>10 years in mortgage sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. </li><li>A proven record in driving sales growth between $200 to $400 million per year in team production is essential. </li><li>Personal production of 1-2 loans per month</li><li>In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>A strong track record of success in sales leadership roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to inspire and motivate team members. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Strategic mindset, and attention to detail. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in mortgage lending software (Encompass/Blend) and technology platforms such as Total Expert or a similar CRM is a plus. </li></ul><p><u><strong>Outside Sales Compensation</strong></u></p><p>This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance.
