Join us to discover how we are redefining the tech landscape.</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Visual Designer</strong> with experience in Lean and Design Thinking, as well as proficiency in Spanish and English, to lead the creation of high-fidelity digital products and branding.</p> </div> <h2 id="job-responsibilities">Job responsibilities</h2> <div class="job-responsibilities content"> <ul> <li>You will play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects that transform how our clients work while developing new digital products and services, <strong>focusing on visual excellence</strong>.</li> <li>You will collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.</li> <li>You will facilitate workshops, develop unique design strategies for products and take part in making strategic decisions at the portfolio level.</li> <li>You will work behind the scenes to apply various research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, user tests, and <strong>usability testing</strong>.</li> <li>You will set up inspiring design hypotheses for delivery teams that consist of both Thoughtworkers and our customers using <strong>Figma</strong> and Prompt Engineering.</li> <li>You will ensure that project scope, risks and updates are regularly assessed and communicated through close dialogue with developers.</li> <li>You will balance client and Thoughtworker expectations by clearly communicating experience design deliverables such as <strong>typography, branding, and iconography</strong>.</li> <li>You will extend your expertise to teammates by supporting less-experienced designers when possible in visual communication and design principles.</li> <li>You will advocate experience design expertise to the broader community outside of Thoughtworks, speaking at conferences, webinars, and meetups about visual interface design.</li> </ul> </div> <h2 id="job-qualifications">Job qualifications</h2> <div class="job-qualifications content"> <h3 id="technical-skills">Technical Skills</h3> <div class="qualifications inner-content"> <ul> <li>You're well versed in all things experience design with specialities in at least three additional areas such as <strong>visual interface</strong> design, branding, design systems, native mobile design, or typography.</li> <li>You are proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes and <strong>responsive</strong> layouts using Figma, ensuring seamless design adaptation across <strong>Web and Mobile platforms</strong>.</li> <li>You embrace <strong>Lean principles</strong> to iterate rapidly on visual solutions, minimizing waste and focusing on high-value outcomes.</li> <li>You apply <strong>Design Thinking</strong> methodologies to uncover user needs and define visual strategies.</li> <li>You are an experienced storyteller able to clearly present your <strong>research methods</strong> and it's findings to your stakeholders.</li> <li>You're comfortable leading and advising research activities on experience design projects, employing different methods such as usability testing, user research, and data visualization.</li> <li>You have <strong>expertise in Figma</strong> for creating scalable digital products and complex component libraries.</li> <li>You demonstrate knowledge in Prompt Engineering to optimize the creative process and generative design workflows.</li> <li>You have the ability to dialog with developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation of visual assets.</li> <li>You apply <strong>accessibility principles</strong> (WCAG) to ensure all visual communications and products are inclusive.</li> </ul> </div> <h3 id="professional-skills">Professional Skills</h3> <div class="skills inner-content"> <ul> <li>You possess <strong>advanced Spanish </strong>and at least <strong>Upper-Intermediate English</strong> skills to navigate global projects and multicultural environments.</li> <li>You bring an inspiring, unique approach to product design and love facilitating client brainstorms and internal sessions with your team.</li> <li>You're happy to design solo or <strong>collaborate with designers/developers</strong> to create a wide range of experience design deliverables.</li> <li>You understand the importance of <strong>stakeholder management</strong> and can easily liaise between clients and other key stakeholders throughout projects, ensuring buy-in and gaining trust along the way.</li> <li>You have a knack for communicating and defining project roles to your design teammates with the ability to build confidence in others.</li> <li>You have a passion for contributing to the growing experience design community at Thoughtworks through peer reviews, ensuring consistency in the quality of design.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="inner-content">
