We have an incredible opportunity for a Network Support Technician.</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor, alert, and report on system and infrastructure health</li><li>Open, review, resolve, manage, close support tickets.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting steps to triage, investigate and mitigate system issues.</li><li>Handle phone calls from customers while on shift.</li><li>Work within ticket system to track issues to resolution.</li><li>Respond to Network Maintenance notifications by creating Maintenance Tickets</li><li>Escalate events based on established operational policies.</li><li>Provide customer support and appropriately respond to customer needs.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Vendors for open vendor support requests</li><li>Execute complex support tickets/tasks with the supervision/help of a Systems Engineer and/or Support Engineer.</li><li>Other Duties as defined my Management.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Basic Requirements:</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>High School/GED (Required)</li><li>Basic understanding of IP and FTTX networks</li><li>Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems</li><li>Experience with Office 2016 or later required.</li><li>Ability to research solutions to various issues on web sites or using other technical sources.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Ability to Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Requirements:</p><ul><li>Microsoft, A+, Network+ CCNA certifications PREFERRED.</li><li>2 Year Degree in a technical field (Preferred)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>As a growing company, we are committed to attracting and developing the absolute best talent by offering a workplace where results are recognized and rewarded.
