They operate with a professional, reliable, and customer-focused culture.</p><p>They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for optimising digital marketing campaigns, including EDMs, social media, website updates, and creative content.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop, execute, and optimise EDM campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.</li><li>Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.</li><li>Manage and distribute internal marketing communications.</li><li>Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and basic CMS management (WordPress or similar).</li><li>Design marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, social posts, and digital ads.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.</li><li>Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives.</li></ul> <ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.</li><li>Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite for graphic design.</li><li>Experience with EDM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management.</li><li>Basic to intermediate web development/CMS experience (WordPress or similar).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative, proactive, and results-focused mindset.</li><li>Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or the technology/IT sector is a plus.</li></ul> <ul><li>Permanent remote work arrangement</li></ul><ul> <li>Australian Company with a fantastic company culture</li> <li>Day shift (Australian Business Hours)</li> <li>Annual leave </li> <li>HMO</li> <li>Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 month's wage (pro-rata)</li> </ul>
