You’ll work closely with <strong>Accounting, Data, and Operational teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital)</strong> to deliver accurate insights, improve processes, and help the Group scale efficiently.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will include:<br/> • <strong>Analyze business performance</strong> by monitoring commercial margins versus budget and prior year, identifying variances, and driving corrective action plans.<br/> • <strong>Collaborate with Accounting teams</strong> to consolidate and interpret operational costs, ensuring accurate reconciliation between management and statutory reporting (French GAAP & IFRS).<br/> • <strong>Produce and distribute</strong> monthly financial and non-financial reports (Group & subsidiaries) with a focus on reliability, clarity, and impact.<br/> • <strong>Develop and track performance KPIs</strong>, identifying optimization levers across revenue and cost streams to strengthen operational excellence.<br/> • <strong>Challenge ROI</strong> on key initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital stakeholders to ensure sound business decisions.<br/> • <strong>Contribute to data improvement</strong>, ensuring instant, high-quality access to financial information through better processes and BI tools.<br/> • <strong>Enhance dashboards and analyses</strong> (Excel/Tableau) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of data, applying corrective actions when necessary.<br/> • <strong>Extract and manipulate data</strong> from the data warehouse and accounting systems using SQL queries; liaise with Data teams to request new data tables when needed.<br/> • <strong>Support the budget process</strong> by preparing and consolidating materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>💡</strong><strong> What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We’re looking for <strong>builders</strong> who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.</p><p><strong>Your profile:</strong><br/> • Proven experience of <strong>5+ years in Finance</strong>, ideally within a <strong>corporate or analytical environment</strong>.<br/> • Solid understanding of <strong>financial principles, accounting standards, and data-driven decision-making</strong>.<br/> • Advanced proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong> (VBA knowledge is a plus) and familiarity with <strong>SQL, ERP systems, and BI/Data tools</strong> such as <strong>Google Big Query</strong>.<br/> • Strong analytical mindset — able to <strong>interpret data, challenge existing processes</strong>, and propose actionable recommendations.<br/> • Highly <strong>rigorous, organized, and methodical</strong>, with an ability to <strong>manage multiple priorities</strong> and meet tight deadlines.<br/> • Result-oriented and efficient — focuses on <strong>clear objectives and measurable outcomes</strong>.<br/> • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to build <strong>strong cross-functional relationships</strong>.<br/> • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable evolving in <strong>dynamic and fast-paced environments</strong>.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>⚡ Our Recruitment Process </strong><br/> <br/> We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. <br/> <br/> Here’s what you can expect: </p><ol><li><strong>Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min):</strong> Get to know each other!
