<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>We are looking for a <strong>DevOps Engineer</strong> to help build, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.</p><p>In this role, you'll work closely with software development and engineering teams to improve <strong>CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, monitoring, and system reliability</strong>. You'll help streamline development workflows, reduce manual processes, and ensure applications can be deployed efficiently and consistently across different environments.</p><p>As part of a consulting environment, you may work across different projects and technical environments, so we're looking for someone who is <strong>adaptable, proactive, comfortable working with distributed teams, and able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and stakeholders</strong>.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Design, implement, and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as <strong>AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.</p></li><li><p>Deploy and manage containerized applications using <strong>Docker</strong> and orchestration platforms such as <strong>Kubernetes</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, and operational tasks.</p></li><li><p>Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.</p></li><li><p>Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to identify and troubleshoot issues.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with software developers to improve deployment processes and development workflows.</p></li><li><p>Support production environments and troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Apply security best practices across infrastructure, pipelines, access management, and cloud environments.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployment procedures.</p></li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Proven professional experience as a <strong>DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: <strong>AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience building and maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong>, preferably Terraform or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Docker</strong> and containerized environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Kubernetes</strong> or other container orchestration technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CI/CD and source control tools such as <strong>GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with scripting and automation using <strong>Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of <strong>Linux environments, networking concepts, and cloud infrastructure</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of security best practices related to cloud infrastructure, deployments, secrets, and access management.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in <strong>remote, distributed, and cross-functional teams</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</p></li><li><p>Professional working proficiency in <strong>English</strong>.</p></li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li><p>Experience working in <strong>consulting, staff augmentation, or client-facing environments</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing infrastructure across multiple environments or projects.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>DevSecOps practices</strong> and security automation.</p></li><li><p>Experience with configuration management tools such as <strong>Ansible, Puppet, or Chef</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience with observability platforms such as <strong>Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar tools</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).</p></li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><p>We're looking for someone who combines strong DevOps fundamentals with a <strong>proactive and collaborative mindset</strong>.
