You will be responsible for producing high quality video content, from raw footage to polished final cuts, with a strong focus on motion graphics, visual effects and sound design. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers without being chased.</div><br></br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Edit raw video footage into polished, professional final cuts for social media, ads and internal use</li> <li>Create motion graphics, animations and visual effects using After Effects</li> <li>Handle all SFX and sound design within Premiere Pro, including music selection, sound effects, audio balancing and mixing</li> <li>Manage your own workflow and deadlines without requiring supervision</li> <li>Maintain consistency in style and quality across all video outputs</li> <li>Take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual content</li> <li>Revise and refine edits based on feedback quickly and efficiently</li> <li>Organise and manage project files in a clean and accessible way</li> <li>Stay up to date with current trends in video content, motion design and social media formats</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction when needed<br><br> </li> </ul><br></br><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul> <li>Proven hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics and compositing</li> <li>Strong SFX and sound design skills within Adobe Premiere Pro</li> <li>A portfolio of real completed work that you can share immediately</li> <li>Ability to work remotely and manage yourself without supervision</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines consistently</li> <li>Open to shifting onsite if required as the team grows</li> </ul>
