<p>About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com)</p><p>At World Business Lenders (WBL), we provide flexible, short-term commercial loans backed by real estate to help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, particularly those facing difficulties with traditional financing.</p><ul><li>This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.<br /><br />We request that you submit your CV in English.</li></ul><p></p> <p>Education:<br />Business Administration and/or Legal.</p><p></p><p>Experience:</p><p>3-5 years of professional experience.</p><ul><li>Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in vendor management, legal operations, contract administration, procurement, compliance, or operational support roles that engage with third-party providers.</li></ul><p></p><p>Industry Background:<br />Ideal candidates will likely have a background in financial services, commercial lending, legal sectors, corporate legal departments, compliance-focused organizations, or other professional service settings that emphasize structured vendor management.<br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for vendors and perform thorough due diligence to guarantee an organized, compliant, and comprehensive intake. </li><li>Keep precise vendor records while centralizing legal and operational documentation. </li><li>Support contract negotiations to align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and optimize cost efficiencies. </li><li>Monitor contracts, renewals, deliverables, and service requirements, notifying the supervising lead of any key deadlines or concerns. </li><li>Evaluate vendor performance and promptly address any issues that arise. </li><li>Escalate concerns related to documentation, compliance, service, or contracts when necessary. </li><li>Foster effective vendor communications and support the ongoing management of relationships. </li></ul><p></p><p>Technical Skills Required:</p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience with contract and document management systems, vendor tracking databases or workflow platforms.</li><li>Strong ability to maintain organized records, track renewals and deliverables, and manage legal-operational documentation accurately.</li></ul><p></p><p>Essential Soft Skills:</p><ul><li>Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in conveying information clearly.</li><li>Able to collaborate effectively while handling multiple priorities.</li><li>Exhibits reliability, adaptability, and professionalism.</li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>Compensation in USD</li><li>Enjoy Paid Time Off (PTO) after just 6 months of service</li><li>This is a full-time opportunity</li><li>Enjoy the freedom of a completely remote work environment!</li></ul>
