A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. This role partners closely with design, strategy, and engineering to deliver digital solutions using modern tools and workflows.</span></p> <p><span>Creative Technologists are expected to form opinions, make tradeoffs, and prove their thinking through delivery.</span></p> <h2><span>Job Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Own features or workstreams from concept through delivery.</span></li> <li><span>Select appropriate tools and platforms to support project goals.</span></li> <li><span>Use generative AI strategically across the full delivery lifecycle—research, architecture, prototyping, implementation, and documentation.</span></li> <li><span>Form opinions on when AI assistance improves outcomes versus when manual approaches are more appropriate.</span></li> <li><span>Understand AI tool capabilities and limitations well enough to make informed tradeoffs.</span></li> <li><span>Build workflows that combine AI tools with human judgment to consistently deliver quality work.</span></li> <li><span>Translate business and experience goals into technical solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with design, product, and strategy partners.</span></li> <li><span>Present work and technical reasoning clearly to teammates and clients.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute reusable patterns, templates, or internal tools.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong><span><span></span></span></strong></span></p>
