Our people are what sets us apart and make us great.</p><p> </p><p>Zions is seeking an <strong>nCino/Salesforce Application Lead. </strong>In this role as an <strong>nCino/Salesforce Application Lead</strong> you’ll provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following:</p><ul><li>Solution Architecture & Design</li><li>Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.</li><li>Program Management</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.</li><li>Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).</li><li>Experience in leading technical teams.</li><li>People management and mentoring capabilities.</li><li>Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.</li><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).</li><li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline.
