This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and delivering a positive candidate experience while helping the company attract top talent.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li> Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. </li> <li> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication. </li> <li> Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. </li> <li> Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). </li> <li> Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely recruitment across multiple departments. </li> <li> Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities for new hires. </li> <li> Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. </li> <li> <strong>At least 1 year</strong> of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. </li> <li> Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other recruitment platforms. </li> <li> Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows. </li> <li> Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. </li> <li> Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. </li> </ul> <h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li> Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles or supporting U.S. hiring processes. </li> <li> Experience working in a remote or outsourcing environment. </li> <li> Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, or similar ATS platforms.</li> <li> Experience recruiting across multiple business functions is a plus. </li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <ul> <li> Competitive compensation package. </li><li>Paid time off</li> <li> Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. </li> <li> A collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.</li></ul> <p><strong><br></strong></p>
