<p>Description</p><p><strong>Advanced Fryer Solutions (AFS)</strong> is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated <strong>Recruiting Coordinator</strong> to support our talent acquisition efforts. This remote, part-time position is ideal for a recent graduate, early-career HR professional, recruiting coordinator, or someone looking to gain practical recruiting experience while working with a growing organization.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the front end of the hiring process, including candidate sourcing support, application reviews, phone screenings, interview coordination, background screening administration, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requests.</p><p><br/></p><p>Qualified candidates will be presented to the Director of Human Resources for final consideration.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Job Title:</strong> Recruiting Coordinator</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Part-Time</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 15-20 hours per week</li><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $20-$24 per hour</li><li><strong>Work Hours:</strong> M-F: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM; M-F: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM;</li><li>Preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.
