With over 180 strategic  advisors worldwide, APR Consulting Co offers unparalleled expertise in production  efficiency across local, regional, and international  markets, empowering global Fortune 500 marketers  to maximize  ROI while safeguarding the creative integrity of their projects  through APR’s strategic  consulting approach.</p><p>The Sr. Advisor, Integrated, is a high-level position responsible for the successful management of advertising  production  across broadcast, online video, social content, post-production, VFX disciplines. This role acts as a recognized expert, guiding clients through complex production workflows from brief to delivery while mentoring junior team members. This role will develop and grow relationships with client and agency points of contact, partnering with the Senior Managing Advisor, Client Solutions, to act as a subject matter expert for clients, agencies and internal teams.</p><p> </p><p><strong>DEFINING SUCCESS FOR THIS ROLE</strong></p><p>This position will be successful if they can demonstrate the following objectives and performance targets:</p><ul><li>Expert  Guidance: You guide the client as a recognized expert, ensuring all standards are met and production  partners (agencies, in-house teams,  and vendors) maintain efficiency and risk management.</li><li>Integrated Oversight: Successfully managing all aspects of production, post- production  and VFX projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and team collaboration across multiple creative partners.</li><li>Innovation Leadership: Demonstrating thought leadership by leveraging the latest technology  and AI workflow solutions to optimize processes and achieve  cost efficiencies.</li><li>Strategic Relationship Management: Supports and nurtures client relationships to help brands realize their business objectives while identifying impactful process solutions.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Anticipates potential problem areas,  finds solutions, and leads APR engagements with day-to-day  clients effectively.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>This position’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><p>Integrated Production Management</p><ul><li>Manage cross-discipline interaction  on projects  with assigned client/agency groups.</li><li>Vet production  vendors for quality / value and negotiate agency and vendor bids for best value.</li><li>Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings  to align creative, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Enforce client policy, production  guidelines, and best practices.</li></ul><p>VFX & Post-Production Oversight</p><ul><li>Participate in Animation and VFX budget discussions and bid negotiations with broadcast SMEs and agency producers.</li><li>Review Animation and VFX production  specs, schedules, and budgets for accuracy.</li><li>Assess plate or insert shoot needs, CG work, animation, and VFX compositing requirements.</li><li>Review works in progress  and rough cuts, facilitating communication between client and agency regarding costs and schedules.</li></ul><p>AI & Innovation</p><ul><li>Educate clients and APR teams on advancements in production  technology, AI in the production  workflow, animation, and VFX.</li><li>Seek out opportunities with clients to leverage and repurpose  creative assets using emerging technology.</li><li>Stay up to date on emerging technology  with AI in post-production, especially in</li><li>Editorial, VFX and workflow solutions.</li><li>Standardize processes and provide education/training in specialty areas.</li></ul><p>Internal Leadership & Reporting</p><ul><li>Oversee the capture of APR savings according to established methodology  and validate final job accuracy.</li><li>Act as a mentor for new or more junior team members and participate in cross- team knowledge sharing.</li><li>Enter and validate all project information in APR’s database (Acero), including</li><li>savings, KPIs,  and cost drivers.</li><li>Authors and presents specialty training and POVs for APR clients and industry meetings.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Center of Excellence Discipline Lead (Post-Production, VFX/ AI)</p><ul><li>Responsible for the advancement of APR's education on post-production and VFX</li><li>related workflows, best-in-class suppliers, and best practices.</li><li>Ensure the quality and consistency of our APR’s output for this discipline, through mentorship, training and education.</li><li>Provide thought leadership to APR’s clients on best practices, opportunities and</li><li>risks related to post and VFX/AI workflows.</li><li>Work directly with Director of Production to optimize APR’s  ways of working across all post and VFX related services.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 15+ years of deep experience producing  video content for an advertising  or production  company (line producer or EP).</li><li>VFX Expertise: Minimum ten (10) years of experience producing  animation and visual effects for video content.</li><li>Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,  Word, PPT) and a working understanding of VFX programs, technology, and AI workflow solutions.</li><li>Soft Skills: Outgoing, collaborative, and diplomatic; able to impact and influence others on critically important projects.</li><li>Labor Knowledge: Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.</li><li> Location: Western United States for this remote role</li></ul><p><strong>WHY JOIN APR?</strong></p><p>Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule within our remote, global team.
