<p><strong>Remote Customer Service Representative</strong></p> <p><strong>What will I do as a Remote Customer Service Representative?</strong></p> <p>As a Customer Service Representative, you'll respond to telephone inquiries regarding customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshoot issues customers have self-registering, standalone toll-free calls and out of franchise long distance service and billing questions. The position requires empathy and the ability to handle stressful, upset callers.
