Those calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.</p> <p><br/><strong>How can you join the Afnimazing team?</strong></p> <p><br/>You can apply online here!</p> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be proficient in both English and Spanish language, with strong bilingual communication stills to effectively engage and assist a diverse customer base.</li> <li>Spanish and English written communication skills are a must, as you will send most of your time communicating with customers through chat.</li> <li>Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally over chat; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting.</li> <li>Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.</li> <li>Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting.</li> <li><span>Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts.</span></li> <li><span>Available to work full time 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.</span></li> <li>Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.</li> <li> <p><strong><em>Candidates must live in Texas to be eligible.</em></strong></p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)</li> <li>25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload</li> <li>Ping Rate – Less than 100 ms</li> <li>A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours.</li> <li>Ability to be on webcam during working hours</li> </ul>
