Salary Range:  $63,500 - $90,000   The Subrogation Team Manager - Auto is responsible for leading a team of specialists by developing, motivating, mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team's activities to ensure a quality work product, client satisfaction and exceptional recovery results. *This is a remote work opportunity.*   RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Specialists, preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, enforcement of department/company policies on attendance, disciplinary procedures, hiring, recognition, as well as the advanced training and skill development of Specialists (includes annual performance appraisal process). * Handles escalated calls/situations, promptly responds to inquiries from staff to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction. * Mentor team of specialists, answering daily emails and questions from the floor.   PREFERRED * Auto insurance experience strongly preferred. * Subrogation leadership experience in auto or property preferred. * Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. * Associate degree preferred. * Adjuster license preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and windows systems are preferred. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS * Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience is required. * Ability to motivate and drive maximum department collections and develop new and improved techniques to ensure achievement of Afni and client goals. * Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
