All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need. <h3> The Opportunity </h3> <ul><li>Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the South-Central Kentucky or Central Tennessee area, preferably the Greater Nashville, TN or Bowling Green, KY area, requiring local travel throughout the surrounding Greater Nashville &amp; Louisville sales market. If you want flexibility, training to improve your skills and a management team that champions you and backs you up, Ally is the place to be.</li></ul> <h3> The Work Itself </h3> <ul> <li>You’ll sell finance &amp; insurance (F&amp;I) product lines to meet targeted goals by explaining corporate programs and service capabilities, while effectively overcoming objections.</li> <li>You’ll service current customers by maintaining rapport, making regular visits (there’s a lot of travel involved with this role), evaluating customer's needs for new opportunities, and replying to requests.</li> <li>You’ll also identify non-F&amp;I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist (identify new customers, estimate growth volume and qualify prospects).</li> <li>To ensure customers are fully knowledgeable with Ally’s products, you’ll assist in training F&amp;I Managers within our dealerships.</li> <li>To sustain your success, you’ll maintain current knowledge about our competitors, market threats and challenges, maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training, and remain involved in the industry, respective area and trade associations.</li> </ul> <h3> The Skills You Bring </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience required.</li><li>The ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers.</li> <li>Retail dealership experience including finance or sales management is highly preferred.</li> <li>You have well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills.</li> <li>Holding yourself accountable is important to you. Being effective at prioritizing tasks is second nature. </li> <li>You’ve branded yourself as a problem solver and you objectively manage conflicting priorities.</li> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
