All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need. <h3> The Opportunity </h3> The Sr Analyst - Business Operations will support a range of strategic programs and processes managed by the Enterprise Tech Strategy team. This role requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to synthesize data and present findings to executive management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of technology platforms, possess financial and business acumen, and manage projects effectively. Success in this role depends on self-driven execution, whether working independently or collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results.<br/>At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.In office role with hybrid scheduled. Ally work locations are Charlotte NC or Detroit MI<br/> <h3> The Work Itself </h3> <ul><li>Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization strategic outcomes.</li><li>Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies</li><li>Apply strategic critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and recommendations across all programs and processes owned by Tech Strategy.</li><li>Build clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and proposals to executive management.</li><li>Manage and coordinate program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned tasks, driving them to completion through independent problem solving or effective networking and collaboration.</li><li>Other duties or responsibilities as may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs. </li></ul><br/> <h3> The Skills You Bring </h3> <ul><li>3+ years' experience in business operations.</li><li>3+ years' experience in financial services.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred </li><li>Process management, project related and requirements gathering experience preferred</li><li>The candidate will have good product knowledge, ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution and intervene on more complex situations.</li><li>This role uses subject matter knowledge to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.</li><li>The position must also understand business problems and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid <h3> How We'll Have Your Back </h3> <p>Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
