All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need. <h3> The Opportunity </h3> <span>The </span><span>Sr. Analyst Advanced Business Analytics - Marketing</span><span> will play a critical role in driving Ally’s database marketing strategy and execution. This position partners closely with marketing and technology teams to build and validate targeted audiences, lead the migration of campaigns to a modern coding environment and translate data into actionable insights. The analyst will identify opportunities to improve code quality, streamline process and optimize campaign performance to deliver meaningful business impact.</span><span> </span><span><br/></span>At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. <h3> The Work Itself </h3> <ul> <li>Participate in the strategic planning process of developing targeted multi-channel campaigns (acquisition, customer nurture, engagement) within a new SAS environment. </li> <li>Lead the execution and project management of targeted marketing campaigns using detailed customer data, legal and regulatory requirements, statistical models, and business objectives. </li> <li>Act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, executable requirements and technical specifications. </li> <li>Oversee automated campaigns to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and performance. </li> <li>Develop updated documentation for campaign execution process while recommending process improvements. </li> <li>Conduct detail-oriented team audits of all deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy of campaign data. </li> <li>Support ongoing acquisition and engagement campaigns to drive customer growth and retention.</li> </ul> <h3> The Skills You Bring </h3> <p><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></p><p><span></span></p><ul> <li><span>3+ years of relevant experience</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Preferred</span></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Marketing</li> <li>Strong technical experience leveraging relational databases via programs SAS EG, SAS Viya, SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake</li> <li>Experience in campaign management </li> <li>Experience in data analytics </li> <li>Experience in financial services </li> <li>Experience with system migrations and/or platform integrations </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li> <li>Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and campaign accuracy</li> </ul> <h3> How We'll Have Your Back </h3> <p>Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
