All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need. <h3> The Opportunity </h3> <ul><li>This exciting role will require frequent work week travel including overnights (approximately 75% travel is expected) - candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate to, within one hour of an airport due to national travel requirements for this WFH/Remote role with travel.</li><li>The Sr. Internal Training Specialist is someone who loves to develop others and has a passion for leveraging their automotive experience and knowledge to help others grow. If you’re able to engage various styles of learners and conduct high level communications with dealership personnel, this might be the right role for you! </li><li>You will be responsible for ongoing course and content development and will provide support for audio/video conferencing tools and services. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who can facilitate to large groups as well as provide one on one in-dealership training. </li></ul> <h3> The Work Itself </h3> <ul> <li>Assist Account Executives (AE's) to deliver income development training to dealerships.</li> <li>Partner with the Dealer Products &amp; Services (DP&amp;S) account teams to identify customer training needs and deliver training to dealership personnel.</li> <li>Deliver F&amp;I menu training.</li> <li>Evaluate existing and emerging instructional trends, tools, and techniques for applicability within the Dealership Training group.</li> <li>Assist AE's in acquiring new accounts by participating in dealership analysis, proposals and launches.</li> <li>Consult with account teams and customers to improve training and dealership performance.</li> <li>Maintain industry, product, and competitor expertise.</li> <li>Ensure that the training service provided is a clear differentiator to DP&amp;S competitors.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze results to identify significant trends impacting goal achievement and then implement the appropriate corrective actions.</li> <li>Participate in the sale of Property &amp; Casualty Insurance (P&amp;C) products as required.</li> <li>Actively apply situational leadership in coaching.</li> </ul> <h3> The Skills You Bring </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience required. </li><li>Prior dealership, F&amp;I, or auto dealer interfacing experience required.</li><li>Ability to leverage auto dealer expertise and relationships to contribute to dealer training strategy and drive business results.</li> <li>Automotive sales strategy content development experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.</li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required. </li> </ul>#LI-Remote#DFS <h3> How We'll Have Your Back </h3> <p>Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
