This role focuses on the development and assessment of advanced Body-in-White (BIW) concepts through finite element modeling, structural analysis, and optimization techniques supporting early vehicle development programs.</p><p> <br /> 🕒 Experience Level: 5+ years<br /> 🌐 English: C1 Preferred<br /> 🧩 Full-time | Engineering<br /> ✈️ Valid Visa and Passport are desirable</p><p></p>Main Responsibilities<p>- Develop Rapid Concept Development (RCD) models for advanced Body-in-White (BIW) structures.</p><p>- Build and maintain high-quality Finite Element (FE) models and meshes for structural assessment.</p><p>- Perform CAE simulations using industry-standard solvers such as LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight.</p><p>- Apply optimization methodologies including shape, gauge, material, topology, and topography optimization.</p><p>- Prepare models for optimization studies and execute design exploration processes.</p><p>- Utilize FE mesh morphing techniques to support design iterations and concept evaluations.</p><p>- Analyze simulation results and generate technical reports summarizing structural performance.</p><p>- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to propose countermeasures, improvements, and innovative vehicle structure concepts.</p><p>- Support the evaluation of lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing technologies for automotive structures.</p> <p></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or vehicle structural development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive Body-in-White (BIW) systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Experience with LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight.</li><li>Experience with SFE CONCEPT and concept modeling methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of FE mesh generation, mesh morphing, and model-building techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with automotive materials including steel, aluminum, and composite materials.</li><li>Understanding of structural mechanics and the behavior of thin-walled structures.</li><li>Experience with Teamcenter, Siemens NX, and VisProfessional is considered a strong advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.</li><li>High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).</li></ul><p> </p>Preferred Qualifications<p> </p><ul><li>Experience supporting early-stage vehicle architecture and lightweighting initiatives.</li><li>Background in optimization-driven design methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams within the automotive industry.</li><li>Experience presenting technical recommendations directly to design and vehicle integration teams.</li></ul> <p>• Sueldo base</p><p>• Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (incluye plan dental y visión)</p><p>• 15 días de aguinaldo</p><p>• 25% de prima vacacional</p><p>• 12 días de vacaciones (A partir del primer año)</p><p>• Seguro social</p><p>• Vales de despensa quincenales</p>
